• Undertake a variety of construction disciplines such as Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations.
• Provide responsibility and decision‑making authority related to these disciplines.
• Manage actively and independently the team that performs manual labor.

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
