Estimated Salary
: $120,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities- Assist the superintendent with daily field operations, work planning, and sequencing.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and track daily production quantities to support cost control and progress reporting.
- Perform construction layout using GPS and total station equipment; maintain control points; assist with as‑built surveys.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards; monitor testing requirements and coordinate with labs.
- Prepare daily reports, field logs, RFIs, submittals, and maintain document control.
- Enforce safety policies; participate in JHAs and toolbox meetings; identify hazards.
- Track materials, equipment, labor; update schedules; analyze productivity and cost forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
- Proficiency with construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Experience with GPS and total station surveying equipment.
- Familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
