We are seeking a highly capable Engineer/Project Manager with experience in curtain wall systems and fabrication processes to oversee complex façade projects from engineering through production and installation. This role combines technical expertise with project leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering design and project delivery.

• Manage all phases of curtain wall projects, including design review, engineering, fabrication coordination, and installation oversight.
• Provide technical input on curtain wall system performance, fabrication methods, and material selection.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and internal production teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare or review shop drawings, fabrication schedules, and quality control documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget performance.
• Resolve technical issues in the field or during fabrication, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in curtain wall or façade system engineering and/or project management.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall system types, fabrication processes, and performance requirements.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.

• Experience with Curtain wall Systems — In-depth knowledge of curtain wall system design, engineering principles, and performance criteria (thermal, structural, and air/water resistance).
• Fabrication Process Expertise — Hands‑on experience with the fabrication of curtain wall components, including materials selection, production methods, and quality control.
• Project Management Skills — Proven ability to manage curtain wall projects from design through fabrication and installation, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Technical Engineering Background — Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering; PE license preferred but not required.
• Cross‑Functional Communication — Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle.
