About the Position

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in new mechanical construction to support and lead the successful execution of full project life cycles.

This individual will collaborate closely with field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and overall project success. The Project Manager will play an integral role in planning, coordination, and oversight—helping to drive both operational excellence and client satisfaction across multiple commercial and industrial mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and lead project teams through all phases of mechanical construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Support field crews to ensure work is executed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee procurement, equipment tracking, and material coordination.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that impact scope, schedule, or cost.
  • Participate in progress meetings, quality reviews, and project closeout.

Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
      • 5+ years of experience working for a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
      • Prior experience in new mechanical construction is required.
      • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, piping, and mechanical construction processes.
      • Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and submittals.
