Intern - Acoustics

We invite interns to join our team this summer for our paid internship program, scheduled from Tuesday, June 1, 2027, to Friday, August 6, 2027, with an hourly rate of $21.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working on data downloads and analysis

Noise Code Research Researching acoustical products and publications

Architectural and mechanical drawing review

Site surveys/field work Observe and seek mentoring from senior staff to build technical and client service acumen

Learn company protocol and policies Learn and assist in AutoCADPerform site surveys and assemble follow up reports under direction of higher-level personnel

Learn calculation techniques and assist with calculations

Learn and assist with computer models

Become familiar with Quality Control Manual and other company technical and professional standards Maintain electronic files of project data and cut sheets

Maintain current manufacturer catalogs and industry standard handbooks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Current undergraduate and graduate students with majors in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering and/or related fields
