The Supplier Quality Engineer
- Electrical owns the quality of electrical equipment and systems purchased for PowerFLX packages and turnkey power plants, from supplier qualification through Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and release for shipment. This is a hands-on, supplier-facing role. The SQE
- Electrical reviews and approves Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), witnesses and executes FATs and functional testing, and holds suppliers accountable to specification, schedule, and corrective action. The role runs a standing cadence of supplier quality and progress reviews so issues are caught at the supplier, not at receiving or on site.

Purchased electrical equipment and components supporting PowerFLX packages built in Sedalia and turnkey power plant balance of plant:

• Generators, excitation systems, and neutral grounding equipment
• Power distribution center (PDC) enclosures, control panels, cabinets, and electrical equipment
• Controls hardware and subassemblies for turbine, generator, and balance of plant control systems
• Low- and medium-voltage switch gear, motor control centers (MCCs), and bus duct
• Generator step-up, auxiliary, and dry-type transformers
• UPS, battery, and DC power systems; variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motors
• Protective relay and metering panels; instrumentation for turbine, emissions, and auxiliary systems
