Our client, a prestigious and well-established construction group located in the heart of Manhattan, New York City, is seeking an experienced Controller to join their dynamic corporate accounting team. • Create and maintain monthly/annual budget and cash flow reports.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of Profit and Loss statements.
• Review project costs and reconcile them with the budget.
• Compile information for quarterly sales tax and payroll tax reporting.
• Review AP/AR reports monthly and provide input on activity and timing.
• Coordinate payroll processing with Human Resources.

• 8 years of experience in the Construction industry required.
• Proficiency in Sage 300, formerly Timberline Software required.
• Experience with Procore software - highly preferred.
• CPA certification - strongly preferred.
