3. As a Treasury Analyst at Ava Labs, you’ll play a critical role in managing daily cash and crypto transactions, establishing relationships with external parties, and guiding strategic decision-making for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash and Crypto Management: Process and monitor daily cash and crypto transactions across banks, exchanges, and wallets. Ensure compliance with internal controls, and maintain accurate records with a focus on integrity.
• Relationship Management: Manage relationships with banks, crypto exchanges, and service providers. Assist in onboarding new counter parties and vendors.
• Market Surveillance: Keep up with developments in the cryptocurrency and broader financial services industry, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with accounting and strategic finance teams to align internal reporting and analysis with company goals of transparency and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-7 years in financial services (e.g., banks, asset managers) or the crypto industry (e.g., exchanges, protocols), preferably in treasury operations or risk management.
• Cryptocurrency Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and related technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, financial modeling, and understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and adapt to various tools and technologies for reporting and operational efficiency.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and time zones.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and commitment to ethical and professional standards.
• Accountability: Demonstrate integrity by taking ownership of tasks and proactively addressing challenges.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and a strong work ethic.

Salary Range:

$94,588 to $118,235 (The final offer may vary based on experience and location.
