Stub Hub is seeking an experienced Equity Stock Plan Administrator to manage the day‑to‑day operations and compliance of our global equity compensation programs. This role is ideal for someone with 7–10 years of experience in stock plan administration who is deeply familiar with equity treatment and design, the regulatory filing requirements associated with equity compensation programs and the accounting treatment following ASC 718.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) – New York, NY

What You'll Do
  • Administer global equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations in the company’s equity administration platform and coordinate with the transfer agent.
  • Interface with senior management and be the finance subject matter expert on all things equity.
  • Oversee award issuance, vesting, exercises, releases, and forfeitures.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory filings, including Form 4, Section 16, and related disclosures.
  • Collaborate with Legal on insider trading policies, blackout periods, and governance.
  • Assist with ASC 718 expense calculations, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Support quarter‑end and year‑end reporting, including 10‑K and proxy equity‑related disclosures.
  • Coordinate with Payroll and Tax on withholding, reporting, and cross‑border compliance.
  • Provide employee support, education, and communications on equity programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across internal systems and vendors.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure SOX compliance for equity processes.
What You've Done
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • CPA/CEP certification strongly preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in equity compensation administration.
  • Deep understanding of ASC 718, equity accounting, and valuation concepts.
  • Proven experience handling regulatory filings (Form 4, Section 16, 10‑K, proxy reporting).
  • Hands‑on experience with global stock plan systems and vendor platforms.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) a plus.

The anticipated gross base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Stub Hub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
