** The Position:
** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
** Accounts Receivable Analyst
** to join our finance team. This role will primarily focus on cash applications, ensuring accurate and timely posting of customer payments. The ideal candidate will also support miscellaneous billing processes and demonstrate the potential to grow into broader AR functions, including collections, invoicing, and customer account management.

**** The Game Plan:**  (What you will do)
** Primary Focus – Cash Application:
*** Accurately apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) to appropriate accounts and invoices.
* Reconcile daily cash receipts and resolve discrepancies.
* Collaborate cross functionally to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
* Assist Treasury and FP&A teams on the bank reconciliation and cash management data.
* Maintain documentation and audit trails for all cash application activities.
** Secondary Responsibilities – AR Growth Path:
*** Assist with customer account reconciliations and resolve payment issues.
* Support the collections team with aging analysis and follow-ups.
* Manage the processing and issuing non-standard or ad hoc customer invoices.
* Participate in regular billing and invoicing processes as needed.
* Maintain records of miscellaneous billing transactions and support audit requests.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the AR function.
* Prepare reports and metrics related to cash application.
** The Stats:**  (What to bring)
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong emphasis on cash application.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Wide Orbit, Traffic) and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Employee Discounts The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000.  Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
