Senior Consultant | P&C Insurance Talent Specialist | Connecting Top Talent with Industry LeadersA client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented actuarial student to join their Casualty Pricing team. This role offers hands-on experience in pricing for admitted and non-admitted casualty products.
The ideal candidate comes from a strong data science background and brings advanced analytical thinking and technical skills to their actuarial work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct rate adequacy and profitability analyses
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and templates
- Support competitive research and rate filings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data quality
Requirements:
- 4+ years actuarial experience (2+ in casualty pricing)
- Proficiency in SQL, VBA, or R/Python
(Role sits hybrid in additional offices in tri-state area + Chicago.)
