Accounts Receivable

The candidate will be fully responsible for management of entire Accounts Receivable Dept from invoice to collection. This person should be experienced in all facets of chargeback research, troubleshoot and disputing.

Must have prior management experience, Manage 2 AR clerks

• Track daily cash received by our factor- the CIT Group
• Manage all deductions taken- and code internally
• Research any chargebacks taken to determine veracity of the charge
• Issue credit memos for all discounts taken which are entitled
• Charge back suppliers for any errors made.
• Update Management Weekly.

• Previous experience in AR Management (6+ years)
• Understanding of chargebacks from major retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Kohls
• Experience with using Retail Link
• Very Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP), and Microsoft Outlook skills
• Strong follow up skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 5–8 years of experience in Wholesale AR
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and RLM.
• Experience working with Clubs, Mass, Mid-Tier, and Off-Price accounts is a strong plus.
