ABS Banker

Natixis’ Global Structured Credit & Solutions group is seeking a VP-level securitization banker for its US ABS banking group. Asset class focus includes Non-prime Consumer (Consumer Loan, Credit Cards, Auto), Home Improvement, Infra, Aircraft, Insurance Premium, and Fintech, in addition to non-agency residential mortgage.

Well-qualified candidates should have a successful track record sourcing, evaluating, structuring warehouse financing facilities, and experience managing issuers through the ABS capital markets offering process.

The ABS Banker will be responsible for:

• Deal management/execution for off-the-run ABS asset classes
• Strong structured product credit skills
• Working knowledge of transaction structures, rating agency methodology
• Develop/negotiate warehouse financing terms
• Capital markets advisory – client and process management
• Ongoing client relationship management
• Deal team coordination/management, junior staff mentoring and training

The salary range for the Associate position will be between $110,. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package.

Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.

The salary range for the VP position will be between $140,. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant market experience with specific experience in consumer and commercial ABS asset classes
• Experience/track record with on and off-the-run ABS asset classes in warehouse and capital markets context
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly and to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner
