Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of their operations. As the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, providing insightful analysis, and implementing robust financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives on a global scale.

• Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Drive financial performance analysis, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies to optimize financial resources and support business expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
