Accounting Analyst​/Associate

A growing financial services firm is seeking an Accounting Analyst/Associate to support its expanding operations. This individual will play a key role in the month-end close, reporting, and analysis processes while gaining exposure to investment products such as ETFs and fund structures.

This position offers direct visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to work in a lean, collaborative team environment.

• Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accrual management.

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial reports.

• Assist with materials for internal and external financial meetings.

• Partner with external providers on audits, tax filings, and regulatory reviews.

• Support accounts payable, billing, and expense management workflows.

• Review and process employee reimbursements and corporate card activity.

• Analyze monthly NAV and fund reporting packages.

• Assist in preparing financial disclosures, reports, and fund documentation.

• Calculate and verify management and performance fees.

• Monitor new accounting standards and assist in policy implementation.

• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvements as needed.

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience within financial services or asset management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.

• Familiarity with ETFs or investment products is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Quick Books and/or Concur a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
