JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• My client is looking for a senior attorney with more than five years of project finance experience to become a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel on the New York team.
• This position will be on atop-performing Projects team. The Projects team works on some of the world's most inventive, intricate, and difficult projects and is ranked Band 1 Chambers in all pertinent areas.
• Working on well-known initiatives in energy storage, power generation, renewable energy, and other energy transition technologies is possible in this position.
• Strong proficiency in creating and negotiating the primary finance documents is required of the applicant.
• The ideal applicant will have experience with project finance in the field of renewable energy.
• It is ideal to have prior experience reading project documents.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• More than five years of project financing legal experience.
• Familiarity with creating and negotiating the main financial documents.
• It is desirable if you have prior experience with renewable energy projects.
• Preferably, you have reviewed project documentation before.
• Solid academic background.
• Admitted to the New York bar.
