Executive Assistant; Investment Banking

Position: Executive Assistant (Investment Banking)

• Senior Executive Assistant
• NYC - 100% onsite
• 6 months - possible extension/conversion

Team:
The role sits within the Investor Relations & Investments team and involves close interaction with external investors and internal senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and senior members of the investment team.

Key Expectations:

• Proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO, CFO, senior leadership, or equivalent).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to proactively anticipate needs, manage priorities, and act with a high level of ownership.
• Strong coordination skills - booking external and internal calls, managing calendars, and responding quickly to changes.
• Experience in or exposure to investment banking / financial services is strongly preferred.
• Responsible for processing expenses and administrative workflows, ability to read the room, understand dynamics, and ask the right questions at the right time.
