Receives, inspects and delivers incoming materials, supplies and equipment to warehouse or user departments as directed; maintains stock inventories and compiles stock records; replenishes supply exchange cart according to predetermined cart quota profile. Responsible for monitoring nursing unit par-levels, while working with nurse managers and warehouse management staff to recommend changes as needed. Must help with the preparation of spreadsheets to implement such changes.

• Received, verified, and processed incoming materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy between packing slips and purchase orders within People Soft Inventory System.
• Managed inventory control through data entry, handheld scanning, and reconciliation processes to maintain accurate par levels across nursing units.
• Replenished and delivered supply carts to designated hospital units, adhering to established quotas and infection control standards.
• Collaborated with nursing and materials management teams to optimize supply distribution, cart architecture, and labeling systems (AT-Par).
• Prepared and maintained spreadsheets and documentation to support supply chain meetings, par-level adjustments, and operational reporting.
• Ensured compliance with departmental policies, quality assurance, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining clean and organized storage areas.
• Identified process inefficiencies and recommended improvements to enhance workflow, inventory accuracy, and interdepartmental communication.

• Must have minimum of an Associate's degree as required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must pass alphanumeric skills test.
• Must pass basic math skills test.
• Data entry skills required.
• Must pass Microsoft excel and word competency test.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Speaks, reads and writes English to the extent required by the position; knowledge of a second language preferred.
