Wheelchair Transportation Specialist

Location: Genesee County & Tri-County

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday & Weekends as Needed

A Day in the Life of a Wheelchair Transportation Specialist

As a Wheelchair Transport Specialist at Patriot, your job will be steady and consistent. You will be providing transportation for non-emergency patients to and from treatment or appointments all over the county. Your patients' satisfaction and safety are your biggest priorities. The key to your success is that you are always courteous to your patients and timely in your arrival and departure.

You approach each run with professionalism and kindness. You are passionate about being dependable and you will get great satisfaction from getting everyone where they need to go.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to regularly push and/or move more than 150 pounds
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Michigan Chauffeur's License
  • Willing to obtain current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR
  • Ability to pass a criminal background screening, motor vehicle record screening, and drug test
