Are you a passionate and enthusiastic mental health professional fluent in Spanish? Join a dynamic initiative that’s making a real difference in the lives of older adults across Brooklyn.
We’re seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to deliver compassionate, high-impact therapy to adults aged 60 and older facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and social isolation. This is a unique opportunity to empower seniors to speak openly, build community, and improve their emotional well being.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual and group therapy in a collaborative, supportive setting
- Lead engaging sessions that encourage seniors to share and connect
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation (strong computer skills needed)
- Participate in weekly team meetings, clinical supervision
, and CEU-accredited trainings

What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 100% fluent in Spanish – conversational is not sufficient
- Active NYS license:
LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC - Experience or passion for working with geriatric populations
- Comfortable leading group therapy sessions and presenting therapeutic topics
- Strong interpersonal skills:
patient, energetic, and empathetic
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in senior centers, retirement communities, or rehab facilities
- Background in nonprofit or community mental health settings
- Fully on-site role at senior centers throughout Brooklyn
- Interview process moves quickly — expect a response within 24–48 hours
- Professional, approachable dress code required
