We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our team and help us attract, develop, and retain the talent that drives our work.

About the Role:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources within the firm — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast‑paced environment and enjoys building up company culture.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Manage all performance reviews and employee relations
  • Administer benefits programs and compensation, spearhead annual open enrollment
  • Maintain/implement/create HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee and track all employee PTO, FMLA and Visa applications
  • Sustain and enhance company culture through thoughtful communication and team engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees and managers alike

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must be extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable multi‑tasking under pressure. She or he must be personable, outgoing and have an upbeat attitude.

  • 5+ years in a human resources role (at an architecture or design firm is a plus!)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive change and foster a high‑performance culture
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Payroll / PEO programs
