As a key member of the Talent Management team, the Program Lead will own, design, and deliver high‑impact development programs that build the skills, capabilities, and career pathways for our organization’s talent. This includes early‑career and internal development cohorts and broad talent‑management touchpoints such as new‑hire orientation and onboarding.
What You’ll Be DOING- Program Design, Delivery & Management: develop, launch and maintain structured development programs (internal and external) with clear learning journeys, skill‑development milestones, mentorship & coaching, and assessment points, aligned with organizational skill frameworks.
- Oversee the full program life cycle: collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and selection strategies, manage onboarding, monitor participant progress, oversee course completion, facilitate role transitions and off‑board participants.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement: embed key metrics and KPIs to evaluate program success using participant feedback, skills attainment, and role readiness and use insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Own end‑to‑end program specifics: maintain communications, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring high engagement and quality of experience for all participants.
- Contribute to the new‑hire experience: deliver new‑hire orientation and leadership connection sessions to accelerate technical proficiency and cultural integration.
- Enhance technical onboarding: collaborate with HRBPs, global colleagues, and business leaders to design and implement an improved technical onboarding process.
- Build a future‑ready workforce: serve as strategic partner in our skills‑based talent‑management framework, define role skills, identify gaps, and work with L&D and business leaders to close them.
- Data & Analytics: establish and monitor metrics, feedback, and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and present outcomes to leadership.
- Demonstrated experience or strong transferable skills in program & project management; ability to manage multiple concurrent cohorts/programs, timelines, budgets, stakeholder groups, and deliverables.
- Deep familiarity with a skills‑based talent mindset: mapping role skills, tracking development against skill frameworks, and measuring outcomes in terms of capability readiness.
- Proven experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders (HR, business units, training, Talent Acquisition) and delivering in a business‑facing environment.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships with business leaders and hiring managers; influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; capable of engaging participants across all levels with credibility and clarity.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and execution‑focused, ensuring operational excellence in program delivery.
- Ability to develop HR plans and advise management on HR strategies; lead implementation of HR best practices and compliance.
- Collaborative team member, but also able to independently own and drive key programs.
