About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in New York. This role will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a great candidate experience. This position requires a hybrid work schedule with regular onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social networks, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
