Who you are
You're a senior recruiter with deep experience hiring in the US market. You're proactive, independent, and comfortable owning full-cycle recruiting end to end. You stay calm under pressure, know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent, and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions using data and market insight.
You're comfortable working independently and communicate clearly across time zones, and bring good judgment to how decisions get made. You care, you collaborate, and you take pride in making thoughtful, well-reasoned decisions.
What you'll be doing:
* Own full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
* Lead proactive, creative, and data-driven sourcing efforts
* Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit, and guide hiring managers through effective selection decisions
* Manage offers, including compensation discussions
* Use recruiting data and analytics to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
* Maintain a high-quality, transparent candidate experience
* Ensure accuracy in the ATS and adherence to internal processes
Requirements
* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the US (B2B SaaS / tech preferred)
* Experience hiring commercial or go-to-market roles at scale
* Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
* Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
* Strong communication skills and comfort using data to drive decisions
