Job Description & How to Apply Below
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fanatics Commerce, you will play a critical role in advancing our ability to hire top talent across functions and geographies. You'll operate with autonomy to manage the full administrative lifecycle of recruiting while also serving as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and executives. This role requires a balance of high-touch coordination, strategic process ownership, and executive-level communication skills.

It's a unique opportunity to operate in a fast-paced, global environment where precision, professionalism, and a world-class candidate experience are essential. While recruiting technology and automation support this role, success depends on human judgment, discretion, relationship management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, particularly in senior-level, confidential, and time-sensitive hiring scenarios. This role requires real-time decision-making and exception handling that cannot be fully automated.

Key Responsibilities *
  • Full-Cycle Coordination Ownership:
Manage all operational aspects of the recruiting process for primarily Director-level and above hiring, including job description creation, complex interview scheduling (domestic and international), candidate communication, travel coordination, and offer processing. *
    • Executive Hiring Support:
Confidently manage senior and executive-level hiring processes, serving as a trusted point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and executives. Navigate sensitive conversations, shifting priorities, and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and a high-touch, human-centered candidate experience. *
    • Reporting & Analytics:
Build and maintain Executive Hiring dashboards, reports, and trackers using ATS data (e.g., Greenhouse), Excel/Sheets, and other analytics tools. Analyze and interpret data to surface risks, trends, and actionable recommendations, partnering with recruiters and TA leadership to inform decisions, not simply report metrics. *
    • Presentation Development:
Partner with TA leaders to create polished reports and presentations for executive reviews, quarterly business updates, and strategic workforce planning sessions, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and executive-ready storytelling. *
    • Data Integrity & Compliance:
Ensure accuracy of all candidate data in the ATS and related systems, upholding process compliance, supporting audit readiness, and applying judgment when handling sensitive or non-standard data scenarios. *
    • Process Autonomy & Judgment:
Exercise sound judgment in complex, ambiguous, and time-sensitive recruiting situations. Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, competing executive priorities, last-minute changes, and candidate sensitivities with minimal oversight. *
    • Exception & Escalation Management:
Proactively manage non-standard scenarios that fall outside defined workflows, including confidential searches, urgent executive needs, cross-border complexities, and high-risk scheduling or offer situations. *
    • Global Recruiting Support:
Coordinate across functions and geographies to ensure alignment, delivering consistency and excellence across diverse hiring initiatives while adapting to cultural nuances and regional expectations. *
    • Continuous Improvement & Influence:
Identify opportunities to optimize coordination processes, enhance reporting tools, and elevate stakeholder engagement. Influence hiring stakeholders to follow best practices, timelines, and process expectations while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. *
    • Project, Event & Special Initiative Support:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on executive interview events, hiring initiatives, and special projects that support strategic business priorities. Qualifications *
    • 4+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or specialist-level experience, ideally within a high-growth, global organization. *
    • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and apply sound judgment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. *
    • Experience supporting executive-level hiring processes with discretion, professionalism, and trust. *
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and ambiguous scenarios. *
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally at all organizational levels. *
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and scheduling platforms. *
    • Passion for talent, process excellence, and delivering a high-quality, human-centered candidate experience.
  • Position Requirements
