Job Description:
Our client in New York, NY, is seeking a strategic leader to enhance their recruiting processes.
This contract position requires designing and managing internal processes and partnerships to ensure efficient hiring.
The role focuses on strategic operations rather than direct sourcing, leveraging generic technologies for data management and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain an internal talent database to capture employee profiles, including project experience and skills.
Create and manage a centralized referral database to systematically collect and tag employee referrals.
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and define open roles, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
Work with recruiting partners to align hiring strategies and leverage internal talent before external sourcing.
Project manage the recruiting lifecycle, identifying inefficiencies and driving solutions.

Qualifications
Experience in roles related to Talent Operations or Strategy.
Proven ability to design systems and processes.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and translating goals into operational plans.
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership.
