Desktop Team Leader - Trading
Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr
Client: Elite Fin Tech / HFT Firm
Salary: $140,000–$250,000 + Bonus
Location: New York
Role: My client are seeking an Engineer turned Manager to Lead a globally dispersed Desktop Support team, in a busy Trading environment.
You will have 2+ years of experience in managing a Support team (ideally global). The ideal candidate will stem from a similar environment.
Essential Skills- Experience running a team of Support / Desktop Analysts
- Broad 2nd Line Support experience
- Strong Microsoft oriented skillset – Windows 10/11, AD, Office
365 etc. - Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong experience with Power Shell
