- Proven experience translating technical language/narrative for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record to identify critical errors or inconsistencies.
- Hands-on experience using tools such as MS Word, Adobe Frame Maker, or Confluence for content creation. Along with version control tools such as GIT.
- 5 or more years of experience working with Health IT programs.
- Proven ability to interview IT engineers, developers, and user community, gathering details for IT applications/products.
- Certifications such as IMCP are preferred but not required.
- Tasks:
- 5 years or more experience developing IT-centric and Health IT user training material (Health Payroll, Health Financial systems, Health Clinical systems).
- 5 years or more experience compiling/editing/generating user training material and IT system documentation from IT stakeholders and user community.
