Director, Partnerships

Create is hiring a Director, Partnerships to build and scale our partnerships engine across influencers, creators, and brand collaborators. This person will own the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to execution and measurement—and turn relationships into meaningful growth and brand impact. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in influencer/partner operations, sharp relationship instincts, and a knack for finding the right voices to amplify Create.

You will be the first dedicated partnerships hire and will shape how this function operates as we grow.

• Build our partnership pipeline:
  Source, qualify, negotiate, and onboard high-quality partners across influencer, creator, and community channels
• Drive strategic outcomes:
  Match partners to the right marketing goals—from revenue-driving growth activations to brand moments
• Run flawless operations:
  Manage briefs, timelines, content delivery, brand safety, and approvals across dozens of partners
• Expand our reach:
  Identify new communities and audience segments that Create should break into
• Develop reporting & insights:
  Own performance tracking for partnership content, measuring both growth and brand lift
• Collaborate across marketing:
  Ensure partner assets flow efficiently into paid, organic, lifecycle, and retail marketingli>
• Manage vendors & agencies:
  Oversee external partners supporting influencer, talent, and community efforts
• Raise the bar:
  Maintain creative and quality standards across all partnership executions

• 5-10 years owning influencer or partnership operations at scale, ideally across both growth and brand
• Experience in wellness or gender-neutral product marketing
• Comfortable working with high-touch partners, talent managers, and reps; strong relationship builder
• A confident negotiator who knows how to find mutual upside
• Highly operational—strong at systems, processes, and moving many relationships forward at once
• Leverages assistants, automation tools, and software to increase output without adding headcount
• Track record of clarity, organization, and ownership in fast-moving environments
