Desktop Support Technician – Contract to Hire Opportunity
Location:
New York City Metropolitan Area
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting internal PC and MAC users, including hardware, software, network, phone, audio/video, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PCs, and Macs.
- Mobile device support experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and team‑playing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Service Now knowledge is a plus.
- Great phone skills and ability to work with remote users.
