Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in E-commerce platforms and Order Management Systems (OMS). The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless solution delivery.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and system requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement‑gathering sessions, process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Define functional and non‑functional requirements, user journeys, and technical specifications.

E-Commerce & OMS Expertise

• Work closely on e-commerce workflows such as catalog management, checkout, payments, promotions, cart rules, and integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), including order lifecycle, inventory visibility, fulfillment flows, returns, and cancellations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize checkout flows, order processing, and customer experience.

Documentation & Project Delivery

• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and clients.
• Ensure transparency on project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Conduct client demos, training, and product walkthroughs.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in E‑commerce and OMS projects.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commercetools, etc. — customize based on need).
• Experience working with OMS platforms (Fluent Commerce, Manhattan, High Jump, custom OMS, etc.).
• Proficiency in writing user stories, process flows, wireframes, and detailed documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Experience in API/integration understanding, middleware concepts, and system dependencies.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
