Position: Digital Product Manager / BA

In this role, you will be responsible for launching new features and managing ongoing enhancements for A+E’s newly relaunched History and A&E editorial sites. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative editorial team, UX/UI designers and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences that elevate storytelling and audience engagement.

You will oversee the content management system (CMS) that powers the editorial sites, ensuring stability, usability, and continuous improvement of the tools and workflows. In addition, you’ll take a lead role in privacy and consent management initiatives, maintaining compliance with evolving data protection laws and ensuring user trust across all digital touchpoints.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with editorial producers, engineering, and design to define product and technical requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact enhancements that meet business goals and enhance the user experience.
  • Manage the content management systems that power A+E’s editorial sites. Identify and prioritize workflow and functionality improvements, ensuring tools are efficient, reliable, and adaptable to evolving editorial strategies.
  • Oversee implementation of privacy and consent initiatives to maintain compliance with data protection laws. Collaborate with legal and engineering teams to update frameworks and ensure responsible data practices.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience leading teams and utilizing data-centric product management best practices.
  • Experience supporting full-stack digital technology websites and applications, including basic understanding of CMS, CSS, & HTML.
  • Adept at managing work in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, tools such as Jira are a plus.
  • Strong technical, creative and strategic acumen.
  • Solid visual, design and information architecture vocabulary.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Curious and innovative, with the ability to connect the dots between market and technology changes and product opportunities.
