The Artificial Intelligence and Data (AI&D) Operations team is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Engagement and Communications Associate to support internal storytelling, maintain content hubs, and energize employee engagement around Data and AI initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape how we communicate innovation in Data and AI across the company in various forms such as through written stories, visual content, and digital experiences. You’ll work directly with the Head of Education and Engagement to support events, update internal platforms, and create compelling, accessible content that brings our AI&D work to life.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about communication, energized by emerging technologies within AI and data‑driven innovation, and is excited to grow into a program management role over time.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll support internal communications, event logistics, and content creation to help tell the story of how Data, and AI are transforming our work. From managing intranet updates to creating engaging visuals and coordinating team events, you’ll play a key role in driving connection and engagement within the team and across the enterprise.

Internal Communication & Content Creation
  • Work with across the team and the company to draft and publish clear, engaging internal communications (newsletters, emails, invitations, intranet articles, external articles).
  • Translate complex technical updates into accessible and inspiring stories.
  • Create visuals and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, other tools.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop short‑form videos and multimedia content.
  • Work with our in‑house change management, communications and multimedia teams.
Event & Program Support
  • Help plan and execute engagement events (e.g., demos, workshops, showcases, speaker sessions, study groups, etc.).
  • Manage logistics including invites, scheduling, setup, and follow‑ups.
  • Capture key moments from events for use in recaps and future storytelling.
Website & Platform Management
  • Maintain and update content across internal channels.
  • Ensure content is current, consistent, and aligned with messaging goals.
  • Support content version control and documentation.
Team Collaboration & Operations
  • Support project coordination and team organization across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather updates, share wins, and identify storytelling opportunities.
  • Serve as a key contact for content‑related questions or updates.
What You’ll Bring :
  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, program coordination, digital media, marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication:
    Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to different audiences.
  • Organizational:
    Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Collaboration:

    Collaborative, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Creativity:
    Ability to inject creative design choices. Proficiency with visual communication tools. Ability to quickly pick up new tools.
