• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
• Proven experience in managing Lead-to-Opportunity management processes, Managed packages, Analytics & Reporting.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, reporting & analytics, and data integration processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake, SQL, and JIRA for effective data analysis, tracking, and project management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Conduct discovery meetings with stakeholders to identify business needs and project requirements.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Develop and document user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create comprehensive test plans to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including requirements, design specs, and testing outcomes.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure alignment with business needs and project success.
• Provide post‑implementation support during the go‑live phase to ensure a smooth transition.
