Location:NYC (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week)

We’re looking for a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the implementation of Dataiku DSS for a major Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) client. The role focuses on delivering data use cases and POCs, coordinating stakeholders, and managing both the 3-month foundation phase and the 12-month rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Own and manage the roadmap for both short-term and long-term phases.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align cross-functional teams (business, data, IT) and ensure smooth communication.
• Requirements Gathering: Capture business and technical needs, write clear user stories and specs for data ingestion.
• Progress Tracking & Risk Management: Maintain RAID logs, monitor issues, and report on status and KPIs.
• Delivery Support: Validate data pipelines, organize UAT, and ensure proper handover to support teams.

Required Skills

• 4–7years of experience driving IT/data projects.
• Proven ability to manage project plans and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Experience with data platforms (ideally Dataiku DSS).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus.
