Location: New York (Preferred) or East Coast (U.S. based)

Type: Full‑Time

Experience: 2–4 years

Compensation: $75,000 base + variable bonus |
OTE: $100K–$110K

The Role:

We’re hiring a Client Solutions Specialist to sit at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success. You’ll help prospective customers see the value of Post Sig through high‑impact demos and insights, then guide them through onboarding and early adoption.

This role blends pre‑sales enablement with post‑sales success—and is designed for someone who wants exposure to the full customer lifecycle. If you’re sharp, proactive, and thrive in fast‑moving environments, this is a rare opportunity to grow into a leadership role quickly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with AEs to deliver value‑driven product demos and support trials
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure a fast time‑to‑value
  • Deliver insights, reports, and proactive recommendations to clients
  • Lead training sessions and offer white‑glove support during key milestones
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the product team, surfacing feedback
  • Build and iterate on internal playbooks, checklists, and client‑facing materials

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client‑facing role (customer success, product specialist, solutions, or pre‑sales)
  • Strong communicator with a consultative mindset and high customer empathy
  • Confident presenting to users ranging from analysts to heads of data or procurement
  • Resourceful, proactive, and excited to work across functions
  • Comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, Hub Spot, and Zoom
  • Bonus: experience with financial clients or contract‑related software
