Manager Software Engineering

The Enterprise ERP - GL Team is looking to add a Quality Assurance analyst to the team! A QA analyst tests and quality assures programs, application modules, and products of increasing complexity created by the Development Department using systematic quality assurance techniques. The QA Analyst provides support for various modules to customers, peers, and management with diagnostic troubleshooting assistance and strives to further organizational and company goals.

This position will initially be responsible for assisting multiple Cloud teams including Assurance, Hub, Enterprise Forms, Enterprise Service Requests, Spatial, OpenAPI, Workflow, and more.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation, security, product development, and QA to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs. This role will also focus on risk assessment, release management, customer engagement, and communication to ensure transparency and product success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing Java-based functional automated tests for Tyler's Trunkey SaaS products, as well as 3rd party software that integrates with the overall system at various stages of the production process.

You would also be responsible for understanding the functional requirements of the software, writing test design specifications, manually testing software using multiple test methodologies, participating in the automation of tests, and continuously looking for ways to improve the QA process.
