Business Architect Healthcare

We are seeking a Business Architect to align business strategies with technology capabilities by developing and maintaining business architecture models and artifacts.

This role serves as a strategic bridge between enterprise goals and execution, enabling transformation through well-defined business capabilities, value streams, and operating models.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide business capability maps and process models.
• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and develop business architecture blueprints to guide IT investments.
• Facilitate business-focused discussions to ensure alignment between enterprise capabilities and strategic initiatives.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend investments to support business transformation.
• Guide enterprise technology solutions to support evolving business operating models.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to translate business strategies into executable technology roadmaps.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business functions, organizational models, and value streams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional planning and facilitate workshops.
• Skilled in translating business vision into capability-driven roadmaps.
• Experience with capability-based planning (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with business process modeling tools and methodologies.

• 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience working in environments focused on digital transformation or operational efficiency.

• Certifications in business or enterprise architecture (e.g., BIZBOK, TOGAF);
  Agile certifications are a plus.
