Senior IT Project Manager

We have an opening for a Senior IT Project Manager.

• Manage projects in accordance with the firm’s established SDLC process. Ensure proper creation and delivery of SDLC deliverables, lead planning for SRB stage gate reviews.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects across various business areas and systems. Drive and manage multiple work streams concurrently. Work with IT leadership in understanding sequencing and identifying dependencies.
• Develop project plans, create and manage sprints, track tasks, budgets, status reports and other key artifacts.
• Develop effective reporting for senior leadership around project status, risks, issues and budget.
• Manage the intake, tracking, and prioritization of new work.
• Schedule and run meetings. Ensure meetings are structured, focused with clear agendas and goals set.
• Coordinate work with other IT and business teams to drive and track progress.
• Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to the business and strong communication with leadership.

• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
• Skilled in problem solving, navigating challenges and consistently driving progress.
• Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work effectively.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Highly collaborative and customer focused.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experienced managing large complex projects within a professional services industry.
• 10 years’ experience in a project management role (preferred).
• At least 7 years of executive level engagement and customer service (required).
• At least 7 years of information technology experience (required).

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $155,000 and a maximum of $201,400 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
