Compensation: $125,000-$140,000 + performance-based bonus

We’re seeking a Client Strategy & Ops Associate to help drive customer outcomes and operational excellence as we scale.

As a Client Strategy and Ops Associate, you will collaborate directly with prospects and clients to help them realize the full value of Finster’s AI platform. You’ll identify opportunities for growth, ensure client success, and relay valuable insights to our product teams.

As a subject matter expert on the Finster AI platform and its workflows, you will:

• Help expand client opportunities: Expand relationships with new and existing clients across investment banking, research, and asset management.
• Help scale GTM infrastructure: Help to operationalize Finster’s go‑to‑market motion including defining processes, managing tools (CRM, analytics, enablement), and helping to evolve sales and client success playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product: Work closely with the product team to surface customer insights, identify workflow pain points, and influence roadmap priorities.
• Deliver Client Success: Partner with users inside of asset management firms to support their AI adoption journey and ensure they derive measurable value from Finster.
• Contribute to Operational Excellence: Analyse, refine, and implement processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the commercial organization.
• Help Deliver Strategic Projects: Assist with cross‑functional strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, commercial collateral development, client impact analysis.

• 2–4 years of experience either servicing or working in asset management, private equity, private credit, management consulting, or equity research.
• Deep understanding of workflows inside of asset management.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Deep curiosity about AI and technology’s role in reshaping finance.
