We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Trading Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and traditional financial trading systems. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing trading strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the evolution of our blockchain-based trading infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based trading strategies and solutions
• Analyze cryptocurrency market trends and provide expert insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance our trading platform’s blockchain infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations for digital asset trading
• Evaluate new blockchain protocols and cryptocurrencies for potential integration
• Develop risk management strategies specific to digital asset trading
• Create and maintain documentation for blockchain trading processes and systems
• Stay current with developments in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and regulatory changes
• Contribute to business development by engaging with potential partners and clients

• 2+ years of experience in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
• 2+ years of experience in trading or financial services
• Demonstrated knowledge of various blockchain protocols (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) and their trading dynamics
• Understanding of smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) applications
• Experience with trading algorithms and quantitative analysis
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for digital assets in relevant jurisdictions
• Strong programming skills, particularly in languages used for blockchain development (Solidity, Python, etc.)
• Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience working at a digital asset exchange or trading platform
• Knowledge of security token offerings (STOs) and regulatory token offerings
• Certifications in blockchain technology or financial trading
• Background in traditional financial markets (equities, derivatives, etc.)
• Experience with market making or liquidity provision for digital assets
