Compensation:$60,000 - $75,000

Schedule: 40 hrs/week

Start Date: Late December’24/Early January’25 (Estimated)

Asia Society is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to build and run our email programs, automated customer journeys, and advertising/social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented and technically skilled marketing professional with excellent critical thinking and communication skills who is comfortable managing the entire lifecycle of a campaign, from creative development to execution, measurement, and optimization.

In this role, you will work across teams to build Asia Society's email program and manage our marketing automation platform. You will also work closely with the CRM team to design and deliver a modern marketing architecture that securely integrates data across CRM, email, web, and advertising platforms to provide a unified experience to our members.

• Manage operations of email programs, automated customer journeys, and advertising/social media campaigns
• Design and implement emails, journeys, automation, and personalized content that improves the customer experience from acquisition to conversion to retention.
• Oversee our internal Email Calendar and Email Performance Dashboard.
• Create a testing infrastructure to identify ways to improve email and marketing ROI.
• Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Implement marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate marketing data with business systems.

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience developing email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing programs
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation system such as Braze, Hub Spot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and best practices
• Ability to interpret business needs and lead projects to completion, including tech integrations, project management, and reporting
• Experience manipulating data to execute, analyze, and optimize marketing programs
• Knowledge of integration design for data flows between systems
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Preferred
  
  Skills:
  • Experience with SQL and AMPscript
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization
  • Knowledge of data platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Certifications with Salesforce and related platforms (e.g. Marketing Cloud Consultant/Administrator, Braze Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Compensation within this range is determined by skills, experience, and organizational equity.
