- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in designing, developing, and deploying Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Hands‑on experience with Power Platform:
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. - Expertise in solution architecture, system integrations, and security models.
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and Dev Ops pipelines for CI/CD.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
- Leadership qualities with proven ability to mentor and guide others.
- Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. - Experience in sectors such as financial services, government, or not-for-profit.
- Solution Design & Development
- Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Configure out‑of‑the‑box features and develop customisations using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and custom applications.
- Integrate D365 CE with other Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Azure, Business Central, SharePoint, Teams) and third‑party systems.
- Technical Leadership
- Act as the technical lead on projects, providing best practice guidance and mentoring junior consultants.
- Drive solution architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with client needs and Microsoft’s roadmap.
- Project Delivery
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and clients to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Support pre‑sales activities, including solution demos and technical workshops.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing D365 CE implementations.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimise system performance and usability.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and industry trends.
