What will you do- Proof Of Value: Help new prospects to gain the value of the platform through all stages of the POV period.
- Customer Onboarding: Serve as the primary technical advisor to the customer, ensuring a seamless transition from POV to full onboarding. This includes leading onboarding sessions, configuring the platform to customer requirements, and ensuring rapid time-to-value.
- Customer trusted advisor: Work closely with customers to understand workflows, gather requirements, and ensure our platform meets evolving needs. Collect, analyze, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams. Provide proactive, high-touch support to key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Escalation Management: Act as the point of escalation for complex technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to drive resolution.
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience as a Security Architect or in a security-focused role
- Deep understanding of technology, security review processes, and development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with threat modeling in enterprise environments
- Proven track record of working within or alongside software development teams
- Extensive familiarity with software development processes, tools, and methodologies including:
- CI/CD pipelines and integration points for security tooling
- Security integration points throughout the SDLC/PDLC
- Comprehensive knowledge of PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle ) phases and security touchpoints:
- Requirements gathering and security requirements definition
- Design phase security reviews and architecture assessments
- Implementation phase secure coding practices
- Testing phase security validation
- Deployment and maintenance security considerations
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK) and threat modeling methodologies (e.g., STRIDE, PASTA, Attack Trees, LINDDUN)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, ISSLP, ISSAP are a plus
