Full-Time (Perm) position with Global Financial Institution-Bank in midtown NYC

No OPT EAD or H1B visa or C2C candidates for this position. Must be USC or GC holder.

Onsite in NYC – Seeking only local candidates from NY, NJ, or CT

In-person interview required in NYC

Base pay range for this role is between $90K - $105K plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify the integrity and availability of all server infrastructure, server resources, systems, and cloud services.
• Build, support, maintain, update, patch, and troubleshoot the server infrastructure.
• Maintain and create comprehensive technical and non-technical documentation of systems, procedures, changes, etc.
• Patch servers, laptops, desktops, and reporting on status to management.
• Ensure security and efficiency of server infrastructure.
• Prepare weekly/monthly updates to management on status of the projects and tasks.
• Manage system backups and backup infrastructure as per requirements.
• Provide technical support to other teams.
• Perform other duties as deemed required by the manager.
• This position is on-call participation on a rotational basis including evening and/or weekend work.
• Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management.

Skills & Requirements

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience:
  
  4-6 years of relevant work experience.

Computer Skills:

• Required:
  
  Excellent knowledge of Windows server
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with M365 Family Products, Big Fix, SCCM, In-tune, Active Directory, VMWare. Experience performing backups/restore.
• Ability to multi-task and a fast learner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products.
• Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible to work beyond regular office hours at times based on business needs.
