Job Description:Job Summary
The Global Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager will lead and manage OCM activities for multiple ERP transformation projects within a Client division or location. This role acts as an internal consultant, driving adoption, proficiency, and engagement related to organizational changes brought by ERP SAP/S4 Hana deployments. The manager will design and execute change management strategies, communications, and training efforts aligned with broader program goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement change management activities for ERP SAP/S4 Hana deployments in collaboration with other OCM managers, ensuring alignment with change management methodologies.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive Transformation Change Schedule integrating communication, training, and change management initiatives.
- Identify and engage stakeholders, assess change impacts, and facilitate OCM workshops (e.g., pre-sessions, Day in the Life activities).
- Create and maintain targeted communication materials such as newsletters, emails, SharePoint content, FAQs, and more to engage and enable impacted users.
- Support the regionalization of SAP training and communications, including the development of localized training content.
- Track and report on adoption metrics and change management successes.
- Partner with the Enterprise Change Management Lead to support program-level activities, including presentations, workshops, and meetings.
- Integrate OCM activities seamlessly into overall project plans following the Transformation Process Map (TPM).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Associate's degree with relevant OCM experience minimum. - Minimum 6 years of practical OCM experience.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering change management work within ERP implementations.
- Experience with SAP S4/Hana or PS functional knowledge at an intermediate or higher level.
- Proven ability to develop and execute OCM communications, training, and change management activities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational, self-directed, flexible, and creative approach to change management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., SDLC).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment toward common goals.
- Change management certification such as CCMP or Prosci is highly desired.
- Familiarity with Prosci’s ADKAR model and change processes.
- Experience with content creation tools like SAP Enable Now, Adobe Suite, or Intarsia.
