Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager

april is seeking an experienced Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager to transform our revenue strategy and streamline our revenue-generating processes. As a key strategic leader, you will architect and optimize our entire revenue operations ecosystem, spanning sales pipeline management, marketing automation, and customer success workflows. While this is not a people management role, you will serve as the technical and operational backbone of our revenue organization, working closely with department heads to drive growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in revenue operations tools and processes, combined with sharp business acumen to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, implement data-driven solutions, and shape strategic initiatives that accelerate our revenue growth. Team members residing within the New York City metropolitan area must maintain a minimum on-site presence of three days per week.

• Lead CRM (Hub Spot) optimization and administration to maximize revenue operations efficiency
• Develop and implement revenue operations strategy, with focus on pipeline optimization and deal desk management
• Create and maintain revenue forecasting models and executive dashboards in Hub Spot
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize the revenue funnel from lead generation through customer success
• Design and implement lead attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Establish and maintain data governance standards across revenue-generating departments
• Collaborate with Finance team on revenue planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Manage stakeholders effectively with the ability to push back constructively and build buy-in for strategic initiatives
• Develop deep understanding of addressable market opportunities across payroll, wealth, small business, etc verticals to inform revenue strategy and prioritization

• 4-6 years of revenue operations experience in B2B SaaS companies
• Proven track record managing Hubspot and other revenue technology implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Expert-level proficiency in revenue forecasting and financial modeling
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change between Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing teams
• Strong background in market analysis and go-to-market strategy
• Strategic mindset with focus on AI and automation to drive efficiency
• Nice to have:
