Key Responsibilities

As an SEO Manager, you will:

Team Leadership and Management
  • Lead and manage the SEO team, ensuring deliverables are on track and aligned with client objectives.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring team efficiency and project timelines are met.
  • Guide the development and refinement of client-specific SEO strategies to enhance organic performance, visibility, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits, competitive analyses, backlink audits, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for growth. Execute advanced technical implementations, including schema markup, internal linking strategies, and site speed improvements.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven content briefs, optimize metadata, and refine existing site content. Lead content distribution and link-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align SEO initiatives with business goals.
Process Optimization
  • Establish and refine internal processes for managing client workflows and deliverables.
  • Monitor and ensure the consistent quality of technical audits, content optimization plans, and performance reports.
Performance Analysis and Innovation
  • Develop and deliver regular performance reports and analyses for clients, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations that align with business goals.
  • Track and analyze SEO campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into team workflows and client strategies.
  • Promote innovation within the team by encouraging testing and implementation of new tactics.
  • Present strategic updates and progress reports to clients, maintaining transparency and trust.

  • Experienced and Adaptable: Brings at least 5 years of SEO expertise with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects in competitive industries.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics, including experience with Google Analytics configurations, data layers, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
