We’re looking for an experienced Program Lead to oversee and manage a Data Center Program within Advanced Manufacturing. The Program Lead will be the central point of contact for all program projects, leading a team of staff in a fast‑paced environment while driving process improvement, cost reduction and client satisfaction.

• Consult on preliminary bidding and business development, providing input and understanding of client and program project requirements.
• Develop and maintain standard workflows and processes for Data Center projects, ensuring compliance with program standards.
• Participate in program strategic planning and manage program schedules and deliverables.
• Prepare and estimate proposals for new work within the program.
• Manage and delegate program work to Advanced Manufacturing staff with support from the Integrated Design Team Manager.
• Develop program leads and coordinators to execute client‑specific workflows.
• Plan and schedule training for staff working on the program.
• Create, manage and execute Data Center market SOPs and processes to improve engineering tools and workflows.
• Drive cost reductions through innovative application implementations.
• Organize and manage workload hours for each program project, ensuring proper staff allocation.
• Lead digital delivery teams, demonstrating excellent communication skills with stakeholders, project managers and clients.
• Maintain excellent time‑management, prioritization and project team mobilization.
• Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies through project lifecycle management.
• Engage with IT, Operations and other subject‑matter experts to secure resources and ensure scope alignment.
• Validate project schedules and development level based on requirements.
• Generate actionable data, graphics and dashboards to provide project teams with insights.
• Lead new product implementation from concept to product launch and process sign‑off.
• Track progress on program projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Build client relationships to become a trusted advisor in digital delivery.
• Engage with client Program Leads to discuss workflow optimizations and stay current on market trends.

• 7+ years of experience in a Digital Delivery role.
• Technical, professional or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication and time‑management skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading digital delivery teams and managing program budgets.
• Experience with data center projects, advanced manufacturing or similar environments.
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
