Summary:
Will own the MDM support. The client is migrating from Mobile Iron to InTune, and this role requires knowledge of both platforms. Global migration is expected to be underway by 9/15. Excellent communication skills are required to present to stakeholders and the C-Suite. Experience in highly regulatory environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare) is preferred.
This role provides direction, technical leadership, and expertise in supporting cloud and on-premises mobility platforms, including Mobile Iron and Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
Experience must align with compliance standards such as SEC, FINRA, SOX, and GLBA.
Experience with integrations into Microsoft O365, AI applications, Okta, Entra
ID, Exchange Online, and working knowledge of cloud management and virtualized environments is required.
The position requires hands-on engineering, testing, and deployment of highly complex systems and services, including integration with Office 365 and SaaS applications, and developing and sustaining standards and practices for underlying technologies. Responsibilities include production support, issue remediation, and troubleshooting escalated by first and second line support. Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals and service lifecycle concepts is expected. The role collaborates on strategy for integrating cloud architecture with servers and storage technologies, develops service roadmaps, and mentors best practices.
